1. Do you create custom-made jewelry?
Yes, I specialize in custom-designed pieces. Whether you have a clear vision or just an idea, I work closely with you to craft a unique jewel that tells your story. From engagement rings to heirloom transformations – each creation is made with care, precision, and heart.
2. Can you redesign or transform old jewelry?
Absolutely. I offer a transformation service where your old or inherited jewelry is reimagined into a contemporary piece, while still honouring its original sentiment and value. It’s a poetic way to give your jewel a second life.
3. How long does it take to create a custom piece?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the techniques used (handcrafted or 3D-designed). Typically, a custom project takes between 4 to 8 weeks. I’ll always provide a clear timeframe during our first consultation.
4. Do you offer consultations?
Yes, consultations are by appointment only. We’ll discuss your wishes, materials, budget, and design ideas either in person at my atelier or online. This first step is essential to create something truly personal and meaningful.
5. Where is your atelier located?
My atelier is located in Boortmeerbeek, Belgium. Visits are welcome by appointment – I love sharing my space, where craft, creativity, and inspiration meet.
6. What materials do you work with?
I work primarily with gold, silver, platinum, and precious or semi-precious stones. Ethical sourcing and sustainability are very important to me, and I’m happy to work with recycled metals or reuse gemstones from existing jewelry.
Handmade with the highest quality standards, each piece bears two hallmarks: one for Greet Goovaerts and one indicating the purity of the precious metal.
7. How can I purchase a piece from your collection?
You can browse and purchase available jewelry pieces directly through my webshop. Each item is handmade or uniquely designed – what you see is what you get: a one-of-a-kind creation.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer secure international shipping. All pieces are carefully packaged and fully insured. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
9. What is the return policy?
After receiving your package, you have 14 days to change your mind and ask for a refund or an adjustment.
You can return the item(s) by post or you can come by the shop in Brussels.
Before you return your item(s), please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions.
10. What if my order doesn't fit?
If your order doesn't fit, you can come by my atelier in Zemst or Boortmeerbeek.
If you can't visit the atelier, you can send your order back for adjustment, but at your own expense. Tip: in my shop you can find easy tools to find you right size, please use them to prevent returns
